Step 1
There are many directions offered in fintes yoga: madhusudan yoga, consisting of classical asanas, which allows you to heal the body; yoga nidra, which allows you to achieve complete relaxation; power yoga that requires physical effort. There are a lot of directions. You will have to familiarize yourself with the essence of each, otherwise it will be difficult to make a choice.
Step 2
At the second stage, you will need to improve your physical condition. Whichever direction you choose, you have to make movements. Agree, it will be difficult to do if, for example, your muscles are not toned at all. And, of course, you need to be aware of how good your stretch is. It is difficult to improve it, and it is better to take care of its level even at the stage of choosing a direction.

Do not expect physical extreme from yoga. Even the most difficult postures are taken through relaxation, and preliminary preparation is also necessary.
