TRP is a normative program of physical education in the Russian Federation. It appeared in 1931 in the Soviet Union, resumed in a slightly different format in 2014. Depending on the successful fulfillment of the standards, you can get a gold, silver or bronze TRP badge.
Standards for men
Ready for Labor and Defense standards vary by gender and age. The I stage of the TRP is intended for schoolchildren in grades 1-2 (6-8 years old). Stage XI is intended for persons over the age of 70.
The most difficult tests are intended for stage VI in men (18-29 years old). The complex is called "I am proud of you, Fatherland". The category of mandatory tests includes: running at a distance of 100 m and 3 km, long jump from a run, pull-ups and bending forward from a standing position.
To get the golden TRP badge, men need to run 100 m in 13.5 seconds, cover a distance of 3 km in 12.5 minutes, jump 4, 3 m long, pull up 13 times and bend forward with straight legs on a gymnastic bench by more than 13 cm. The long jump from a running start can be replaced with a long jump from a place (the standard for a golden sign is 2.4 m). Pull-ups can be replaced with a 16 kg kettlebell snatch for 4 minutes (40 times).
In addition to 5 mandatory standards, young people must fulfill at least 3 more optional standards in order to receive a gold mark. You can throw a sports projectile weighing 700 g at 37 m, run 5 km on skis in 23.5 minutes, swim 50 m in the pool in 42 seconds. Also, the additional program includes shooting from pneumatic and electronic weapons (from 10 m), a hiking trip with a test of tourist skills (15 km), a 5 km cross-country cross (excluding time).
To obtain a silver or bronze mark, the TRP standards are below. For example, you need to pull yourself up to get a silver badge 10 times, and for a bronze badge - 9. The number of additional tests for a silver badge is 7, for a bronze badge - 6.
Standards for women and children
Women at their peak (18-24 years old) must fulfill the following standards in order to receive the gold badge: running 100 m in 16.5 seconds, 2 km in 10.5 minutes, long jump with a running start at 3.2 m. Also compulsory the program includes 20 pull-ups from a hang while lying on a low bar, 47 body lifts from a prone position in 1 minute, a forward bend from a standing position with straight legs on a gymnastic bench (16 cm). Optional tests for women include throwing a 500 g projectile (21 m), skiing 3 km in 18 minutes, swimming 50 m in a pool in 70 seconds. You can choose shooting and hiking as tests.
The lightest standards are for students in grades 1-2. To receive the gold badge, you must pass the following tests: shuttle run 3x10 m (9, 2 seconds for boys and 9, 7 seconds for girls). Mixed movement (1 km) excluding time. Long jump from a place (140 cm for boys and 135 cm for girls). 4 high bar pull-ups for boys and 11 low bar pull-ups for girls. 17 push-ups for boys and 11 push-ups for girls. Also, from a position with straight legs, you need to get the floor with your palms.
