You don't have to want to be a professional athlete to go to Olympic Reserve School. It is enough just to get carried away with this or that sport and want to really master its elements. Choosing the Olympic Reserve School for your child, be prepared for the fact that classes in it will supersede a lot of his life.
Instructions
Step 1
Pay attention to the date of admission of documents: the main requirement for admission to the Olympic Reserve School is to do everything on time and correctly. The lists of required documents differ depending on which institution you have chosen, however, a general mandatory item is a certificate of the student's health status. Also, carefully read the age restrictions, since each institution sets a minimum threshold to which it is not possible for students in the school to become. Conversely, from a certain age, the gates of the Olympic Reserve School are closed in front of the student.
Step 2
Take the time to properly prepare your child. Often, when entering the Olympic Reserve Schools, he is not required to perform overly complex elements, but ignoring the preliminary training will lead to the fact that training in the institution will become unbearably difficult for him.
Step 3
Make sure that your child's desire to learn the basics of sports at the Olympic Reserve School really belongs to him. Otherwise, he will not pass even the simplest entrance test, but will receive unnecessary stress. Only when motivated will he show the flexibility or strength needed to enter. Remember that his psyche is still very flexible and at a subconscious level he is endowed with a very powerful defense: if the body considers that entering school poses a certain threat to him (like any undesirable event), he instantly blocks all the child's forces, and he will not able to perform the simplest movements.
Step 4
Give your child a good night's sleep before the introductory tests and take care of proper nutrition. Athletes need a special diet, and the transition to it should be smooth. Therefore, start teaching the student to the new diet in advance. Even if he does not enter the School, this measure will not be superfluous, since the athletes' food itself is very beneficial to health and will only benefit the growing body.
