Everyone is sharing secrets, passing on to each other the recipes for the "best" diets, discovering amazing foods, and so on. But sometimes it is necessary to gain weight. The reasons can be very different - from the testimony of a doctor (when it comes to health) to a simple desire to acquire magnificent forms that men love so much. There are often and many - this is not the best trick. There are special diets for those who want to gain weight, they do not harm health and are effective enough to gain, for example, 5 kg in a short period of time. Here is one of these diets (by doing it, you can put on weight by 5 kg in just a week, provided that you are a healthy woman).
Instructions
Step 1
Breakfast. You won't get off with a glass of fruit juice, although it is necessary. Moreover, breakfast should be started with it. Next - oatmeal. The portion should be large. The flakes are prepared like this: they are soaked in milk in advance, when they are swollen, seasoned with honey, nuts and a grated apple. Finish breakfast with 2-3 cups of hot cocoa with a large piece of white bread and butter.
Step 2
Second breakfast (lunch). It should be 3 hours after your first breakfast. Choose from two options.
Option 1: a glass of fruit juice and a cup of hot broth with yolk.
Option 2: a large sandwich with butter and sausage, a glass of high fat yogurt, chocolate.
Step 3
Dinner. Vegetable salad, richly seasoned with high-calorie mayonnaise. Vegetable soup in strong chicken broth (option: a cup of strong broth with breadcrumbs). For the second - meat (pork is better, but any other is possible) with a side dish of pasta or mashed potatoes. If you want rice as a garnish, then spice it with sour cream or creamy sauce (however, it is not forbidden to pour it over pasta). Coffee must be served with cream. Fruit for dessert.
Step 4
Afternoon snack. 3 hours after lunch.
Option 1: salad with chicken or meat, generously flavored with high-calorie mayonnaise, large sandwich with butter, chocolate.
Option 2: meat pies, or a pie with mushrooms, or a curd casserole with sour cream (your choice), hot tea with honey or hot chocolate (2-3 cups).
Step 5
Dinner. Option 1: scrambled eggs (2-3 eggs), fried potatoes (large portion), sausage sandwich.
Option 2: a large portion of vegetable salad, pasta with minced meat, sprinkled with grated cheese, a sandwich with butter.
Finish both options with two glasses of full-fat milk.
Step 6
Before bedtime. An apple and a glass of warm milk (preferably with honey).
