It is possible to defeat the enemy by knocking him out without the use of available means. The main thing is that the blow does not turn out to be fatal. So calculate your strength before attacking or defending.
Instructions
Step 1
If you do not have great physical strength, but want to gain the laurels of a skilled fighter, you will have to develop agility and endurance. Agility - in order to be able to dodge the enemy's blow, endurance - to have time to escape in case of a miss.
Step 2
Start training. Buy a punching bag or make one yourself (as a last resort, a sandbag suspended from a rope will do). Do not go into a duel until the accuracy of the blows has been worked out by you to automatism. Keep in mind that the enemy will also not stand still, and will also try to dodge. That is why the most important thing is to catch him by surprise. If there are old scores between you, he is calm and does not expect a dirty trick from you, it will be easy to find the right moment. But if he is the first to show aggression, try to concentrate as much as possible. After all, he is just waiting for you to lose your guard.
Step 3
The most effective blow is a blow with two knuckles to the chin. You don't have to put all your strength into it; the main thing here is the accuracy of the hit. A direct punch to the forehead is also quite effective, especially if you do it with your head. But this method needs to be worked out so that your opponent goes to the knockout, and not you yourself.
Step 4
Painful blows are considered to be punches in the groin, solar plexus, Adam's apple, and so much so that the enemy may even lose consciousness for a while. If you hit with all your strength on the tip of the nose from below, then such a blow can be fatal, so it is better not to practice in it.
Step 5
A sharp kick to the ribs, liver or kidneys is both painful and traumatic. It depends only on you whether it is worth working out them.
Step 6
Examine points where a light blow can knock your opponent out or lead to immediate death. This is not necessary for attack, but for defense. Otherwise, the enemy who wants to defeat you will do it easily and quickly.
