Weight training should be done like this: do 5-6 sets of 3-4 repetitions each. Breaks between sets should be at least 5 minutes, otherwise muscle damage may occur. Choose a load of 60-70 percent of the maximum.

Step 4

If you want to develop endurance while exercising on the machine, do 3-4 sets with the maximum number of repetitions each. The weight should be the same as in the program aimed at muscle growth - 60-70% of the maximum weight. Breaks between sets should be long, but no more than 15 minutes.
