Protein is a special mixture with a high protein content, which is perfectly absorbed by the human body and contributes to the rapid build-up of permanent muscle mass. Protein cannot displace the usual protein obtained by an athlete from food, however, it is also impossible to replace it with a simple diet with a high content of this element, since fats and carbohydrates obtained from food have more negative than positive effects on the figure. In addition, in this case, the athlete will be required to draw up a clear diet that would contain the correct ratio of proteins of different species, plants and animals. This is necessary so that the entire spectrum of the necessary amino acids gets into the body.

Many athletes, in the struggle for such valuable proteins, switch to the use of baby food. Despite the fact that it contains slightly less protein than proteins, it is it that provokes the growth and development of the child's body, which athletes skillfully use in relation to their own muscles. Experts advise replenishing the lack of protein in baby food with special BCAA amino acids, which should be added in a special proportion for every 2-3 kilograms of baby food.

This fun method is considered one of the most expensive, however, and it has a legal right to exist, especially in cases where protein supplements are not available.
