A set of exercises for the chest
The exercise is called knee push-ups. It is necessary to rest on the floor with your hands, toes and knees so that the body is in a straight line from head to knee. Perform two sets of fifteen push-ups. In addition to strengthening the pectoral muscles, this exercise tones the abdominal muscles, arms and back.
For the next exercise, you need dumbbells, weighing one kilogram. You need to lie on the floor, on your back, bend your legs at the knees, spread your arms with dumbbells to the sides. Raise your hands up and very slowly return them back to their original position. Perform two approaches fifteen times.
Standing straight, bend your arms at the elbows, put your palms together and press against each other with effort. Count to ten, then release the pressure. Repeat until a feeling of fatigue appears.
