For some time now, the range of classic athletics jumps has increased significantly thanks to such a sports direction as parkour. Tracers limit the complexity of the elements only by their own imagination, so they expand the number of jumps from the wall almost to infinity.
Instructions
Step 1
Be concerned about safety. The first thing to check is the quality of the interaction with the wall. Make sure that the sole of the shoe does not slip on the surface and that the wall is completely stable (no block will move back when pushed off). Never try to run the element on a damp surface, as the chance of slipping increases several times.
Step 2
The climb is carried out by correctly applied push. The collision with the wall should be elastic - try not to "bump" into the surface, but to find a fulcrum for yourself. Divide the push into three parts: jumping off the ground, hitting the wall, pushing off. At the same time, you push off the ground with your non-pushing foot, and "bump into" an obstacle slightly above the knee (depending on your capabilities). Absorb as much as possible - your leg becomes a spring, which should be straightened with force. In this case, set the direction strictly up.
Step 3
The technique of performing acrobatic elements is generally preserved. In particular, if you want to do a back somersault from the wall, then the push for you serves only as a climb. The basic idea remains unchanged: tuck and swing your shoulders back, only adjusting for height. The chances of hitting a wall with a backflip are extremely low, so you shouldn't worry too much about that. However, when performing more complex elements (internal gainer, "boxes", internal side ones), it is necessary to introduce proper corrections and set the push vector not strictly upwards, but along the slope from the wall.
Step 4
Hone your technical performance. If the whole difficulty of the jump lies in the distance that needs to be overcome, then you can increase it not only by increasing the speed and applied force: try to observe the correct jumping technique (swinging your arms, additional dash in the air, correct repulsion). Practice shows that, while observing all the nuances, you can increase the distance (both in height and in length) up to 40%.
