There is an opinion that anyone can assemble and disassemble a bicycle. You can argue with that. It is also worth knowing that it is better not to do this without a special need, because there is a chance to damage the car.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the handlebar tightening bolt. This is where you should always start disassembling. Place a block of wood and hit the bolt with a hammer. The spacer cone will come out of the stem tube and the handlebar will turn easily. Squeeze the front wheel with your knees, twisting the steering wheel in different directions. Do this until you remove it from the fork shaft.
Step 2
Look at the steering wheel and inspect the earbuds. Check if everything is normal with the thread of the bolt. By the way, do everything so that over time the steering wheel is tightly attached and does not rotate, and the steering wheel itself is fixed in the front fork.
Step 3
Disassemble the saddle. Remove the pinch bolt that secures the saddle. Stand in the back, rest your knees on the rear wheel and twistly pull the saddle out of the holder. It happens that the shaped amplifier of the lock or its washer bends. How to be in this case? File the old cuts with a file, making it as deep as possible. Assemble the lock and tighten the nuts firmly. Wipe all the removed parts with kerosene, and then wipe them dry.
Step 4
Further wheels: unscrew the fastening nuts, remove in turn the rear and front wheels. Disassemble the bushings and check them.
Step 5
Bleed the air from the wheel chamber and proceed to dismantling. Gently press the tire from the edges to the middle of the rim, prying the edge with a flat wrench. At this point, you should be careful, because there is a risk of puncturing the camera.
Step 6
Unscrew the locknut in the wheel hub, remove the whisker washer and roll up the cone. Turn the wheel by hand and pull up the axle with another cone. Several ball bearings will fall onto your hand. If there is grease in the bushing, then in order to pull it out, the ball bearings must be carefully pried with a spoke.
Step 7
The sleeve cups in which the balls were rotating must be rinsed with kerosene. Then, after wiping dry with a cloth, leave to dry for a few more hours. Ball bearings must be examined carefully and replaced if they are rusty or defective.
Step 8
Check the threads on the hub axle, locknuts, tapers, and retaining nuts for intact threads.
