Sports equipment used in various institutions must comply with specific sanitary rules and regulations. These instructions are contained in SanPiN 2.4.2.-1178-02 of November 25, 2002.
Instructions
Step 1
Sports equipment and equipment that are installed in open or closed training areas must be fully repaired and securely fastened. Gymnastic apparatus must be free of any backlash, swinging and deflection in the joints, and the fastening parts must be well screwed.
Step 2
The football goal must be located in the center of the goalkeeper's line on the field. They should consist of two vertical posts connected by an upper horizontal bar. The goal must be well secured to the football field. The distance between their racks is 7, 32 m; from the lower contour of the crossbar to the surface of the field - 2.44 m.
Step 3
Climbing ropes must be made of cotton or hemp fibers with a diameter of 35–40 mm. The cheeks squeezed by two bolts should grip the rope tightly over its entire area. The lower end is tightly wrapped with twine, as well as a cloth or leather cover.
Step 4
The Swedish wall is securely attached to the wall, there should be no cracks or backlashes on it. Gym benches must be sufficiently stable and not loose in the anchorage points.
Step 5
A basketball backboard is made of durable transparent material (usually safety glass) and is a monolithic sports equipment. When using other materials for the manufacture of the shield, it must be painted white. The size of the basketball backboard must be 1.05 m vertically and 1.80 m horizontally. The projectile is rigidly mounted to a wall or support so that the length of the protrusion from the endline is 1, 20 m.
Step 6
Basketballs must have a spherical shape and weigh from 567 to 650 g. The ball must be inflated so that when thrown down from a height of 1.80 m, it bounces off a flat surface by 1.20-1.40 m up.
Step 7
Volleyball posts are installed at a distance of up to 50 cm from the side lines and are securely fixed with support nodes. The width of the volleyball net is 1 m, the length is 9, 5 m. The height of the net tension in the center of the court should be 2.43 m for men or 2.44 m for women. Under the side lines on the net, special antennas are installed that exceed the net height by 80 cm. Volleyballs are made of soft leather and must be round and one-color. The circumference of the ball is 65 cm, and the weight is from 270 to 280 g. The air pressure inside the projectile should be no more than 0.051 kg / cm3.
