It has long been fashionable to take care of your body, and health has always been in fashion. And after work we do not go to the bar, but to workout or to the gym. This is a good pastime, but daytime and evening workouts won't do the same thing as morning exercises.
There are no downsides to morning workouts, of course, unless you go to bed at 4 in the morning. But there are more than enough advantages. Perhaps knowing these reasons will help you take a step towards your health.
- The body does not receive food at night. The fasting period is 8-12 hours. With physical exertion, the body has to burn fat, since there is nothing more to burn.
- When food is eaten, insulin is produced in the body, which interferes with the burning of fat. Accordingly, with the same load in the morning "hungry" time, you will burn more fat.
- After a night's sleep, that is, forced fasting, there are no carbohydrates (glucose) in the blood, which means, with a little effort, you can easily burn more fat than at any other time of the day.
- If you eat right before your workout, then during the workout you are burning these newly eaten carbs, and not the already existing fat.
- If you exercise in the morning, the metabolic processes "start" and you burn extra calories all day without making any effort. If you go in for sports in the evening, then you burn excess only during training, since during sleep all processes slow down, then you do not get an increased metabolism in the time following training.
In addition, morning workouts increase your mood, promote the production of the hormone of happiness - endorphin, which will keep you from overeating all day and will allow you to live the day with ease in your mind and body.
