ABL, ABS, TBW, Aerokick and something else, also "aero" or "turbo". This is what the schedule of any commercial fitness club looks like. How to choose the right workouts? First of all, set a goal, why do you go to the club at all, and then follow a simple pattern.

Instructions
Step 1
Set a training goal. If you want to lose weight, you need to attend 2-3 strength training sessions for all muscle groups, and 2-4 aerobic lessons without the strength section. If you strive to "remove the stomach", "tighten the sides" or otherwise rebuild your problem areas, you need 2 strength training for all muscle groups, 1 specialized lesson for the problem area, and 1-3 lessons of the aerobic format. For those who are just having fun, you can get by with a couple of strength classes a week and a couple of dancing lessons, aerobics or … whatever you just like.
Step 2
When choosing group strength lessons for the whole body, keep in mind two names: "Hot Iron" and "Body Pump". These are certified full-body strength programs designed by fitness professionals. They help reduce body fat and strengthen muscles. The result is not a "huge Hulk", but a slender, elastic body with beautiful shapes. If your club doesn't have these programs, look for TBW or Body Correction lessons. On them you will do power movements, but with small weights and in a multi-repetitive mode.
Step 3
When choosing a workout for problem areas, remember your school English. ABL is a lesson for abs, hips and glutes. Abs or Crunch - for the press. Sometimes in the schedule you can find Upper or Lower Body, respectively, workouts for the "top" and "bottom" of the body. All these lessons are aerobic-strength, that is, they combine the work of the heart and muscle training in a multi-repetitive mode. If English is not your forte, just ask to "translate" some of the administrator's names at the club's reception.
Step 4
In the world of aerobics, there are dance (dance, latina, zumba), combat (kickboxing, aerokick), and classical (step, aerobics) lessons. In the first, you will learn simple steps and dance small chords, in the second, you will imitate strikes and a series of strikes, and in the third, you will perform steps to music or choreographic chords. Here you just need to choose what you like. Any lesson of such a plan perfectly strengthens the heart and blood vessels, and burns calories.
Step 5
There are also lessons in the direction of "intelligent body", Yoga, callanetics, Pilates, stretching - all in order to improve flexibility and relieve stress. Callanetics and Pilates are intended to replace strength training for those for whom they are not suitable for medical reasons. Well, the content of a yoga class very much depends on the instructor, and only practice will help to choose here.
