Before starting to practice, it is important to remember about the inner mood. Harmonious self-awareness during classes is very important. In yoga, it is believed that the internal balance is more important than the external environment.
How do you prepare yourself for exercise? Before we start the very complex of exercises, it is important to sit up straight, straighten your neck, back, head. We are in this position for several minutes, two or three minutes will be enough. In this position, we try to relieve internal tightness, relax the muscles of the body, and calm down.
After a busy day or in a state of internal problem solving, we do not even notice how stress affects us. Outwardly, this can be seen when the muscles of the face are tense.
The modern lifestyle contributes to the emergence of stress, and this, in turn, does not allow us to immerse ourselves in the state of harmony that is so important for successful practice. Relaxation of the muscles of the face and body will help relieve internal tension. Thus, we proceed in the reverse order. By relaxing the muscles, we release tension and weaken the processes taking place inside.
This is the point to consider before practice. At the beginning of the class, we internally work to let go of the situation. Our life circumstances can completely take over our consciousness, not allowing him, consciousness, or body to relax.
We try to "solve the problem" with our minds. Often spending all your mental strength on thinking about those aspects that do not depend on us. That is, we did everything we could, made efforts where something depended on us, but we still cannot “let go of the situation”.
Thus, we do not let our Universe do its part of the work. Our thoughts continue to exert an invisible influence on the situation, although it would be good to let the world do something that does not depend on us. Not all circumstances lend themselves to our influence!
Until we stop thinking about our problem over and over again, the Universe cannot intervene and help. Someone alone should deal with issues. Therefore, it will be very good to forget for a while about what worries us.
In any case, during practice we cannot influence the course of events, but with our thoughts we only interfere. And the practice will not be as successful as it could be in a more harmonious state of our mind.
Our task is to "free the mind" as much as possible from everyday worries. This is not easy to do, especially for beginners. Over time, we will learn to better manage our thoughts, take control of our thoughts.
After releasing the mental grip as much as possible, it is good to stretch, yawn. Our body usually asks for it in the morning. How long will it take? As much as we will be pleased.
After that, our body is more relaxed, mental tension is relieved and we are ready for a productive activity.
