Third technique:

  3. We stop to inhale and exhale 1 step;

Exercise principles

  2. The movement starts from the reference point and goes to the final one;
  3. The extensor muscles are at maximum tension.

Exercises

We start with a warm-up. Next comes the emphasis on the arms: we raise them parallel to the floor, we tighten the muscles. We repeat. Stretch your hand forward so that your back and shoulders are motionless. The partner must control and exert pressure on the elbow.

  1. Back. Feet shoulder-width apart, back straight, head stretches to the canvas. Feel the tension. The partner pushes the shoulder to the opposite hip, tries to bend the test person.
  2. Rack. Legs shoulder-width apart, tailbone forward, tighten the press. Raise your shoulders and lower, pull your fingers to the floor. We press the chin to the neck.
  3. "Board". We lie down on the floor, the lower back is pressed to the floor, we spread our legs to the sides.
  4. "A tree in the wind."We stand straight, bend forward, pull our arms diagonally. The partner also put pressure on the shoulders. Creates resistance.
  5. "Pump". We stand straight, raise our hands up and join our palms, press our head to our chest, lower our hands together with our head. Do not pull the forearms off the ears. The partner holds the hands of the test taker.

  • "Little table". We sit straight, legs wide, feet parallel. We lie down on our stomach on the table, we take the pelvis behind the line of the heels. The partner presses on the shoulder blades.

  • "Boat". We lie on our stomach, hands along the head. Pull your legs and arms in opposite directions, bend in the lower back. The partner presses on the chest and legs.
  • "Watermelon". We lie on our back, bend our back, imagine that there is a watermelon on our stomach. We connect the legs and arms from above. The partner presses on the chest.
  • "Barrier". We lie on our side, the hand on which we are lying is extended. We rest the other hand on the floor near the abdomen with the palm of our hand. Raise your legs up, create tension at the waist. The partner presses his legs to the body.

  • "Ball". We sit on the floor, wrap our hands around the ankle, spread our knees. The back is a wheel, we do the rolls to the back of the head.
  • "Ice rink". We lie down on the floor, hips at the chest. The arms are bent at the elbows, we press them to the sides, we grab the ankle. The same as in the previous exercise, only the rolls are already with the help of the lower back.
  • "Tumbler". We lie down on the floor, legs upright. We stretch our arms and head to the feet, clasp the ankle. We bend the chest inward, put our legs behind the head and touch the floor with our socks.

It is worth carrying out all these exercises together with self-massage. Those. after a certain number of exercises, 3 sets and 15 repetitions each, you need to stretch the body, relax it.
