What is the secret of sporting success? Each champion has his own answer to this question: discipline, willpower, intelligence, or innate physiology. One way or another, perfect body control is necessary for any athlete, and it necessarily implies the ability to equally use both hands.
Instructions
Step 1
Learn to play correctly right away. There is nothing more difficult than retraining to do what was initially learned incorrectly. If you want to master a new sport for yourself, start practicing with an instructor who will teach you how to move and handle sports equipment correctly. It is necessary to immediately explain to the trainer that you want to develop both arms evenly.
Step 2
Do the necessary exercises. In each sport, they are different. In hockey, in order for the stick to become an extension of the body, it is necessary to start on the ice with hand swings and looping the stick around the body with shifting from one hand to another, so that each time you change hands, grab it correctly. For all sports, coordination exercises are equally important, which determines how freely you can control your body.
Step 3
Strengthen the muscles in both arms. As a rule, one arm is better developed in a person, so the emphasis in the exercises should be on the weaker one: increase the intensity of the exercise or its duration when developing the left hand. The optimal workout is best found in a fitness club under the guidance of an experienced trainer.
