Master - highly qualified in the chosen sport. This is a person who has been training for many years and shows high results in major competitions. So how do you get this title?
It is necessary
- - gym;
- - the form;
- - a mentor.
Instructions
Step 1
Choose the kind in which you have a desire to obtain the title of master of sports. If you are in doubt for a long time, then consider the option of practicing martial arts. Boxing, for example, allows people with completely different genetics and backgrounds to train and achieve results. There is a special training program for this. If you are between 14 and 35 years old, then you may well become a master of sports in this sport. This is the most appropriate age range for boxing.
Step 2
Find a good sports club and an experienced coach. The gym should have all the conditions for training: pears, a ring, a lot of space, makiwars, jump ropes, paws and a small corner with iron (simulators) for general physical training. It is also very important that you are trained by a professional mentor who has already trained masters or candidates for master of sports. This will speak of his experience and skills.
Step 3
Develop a plan with your mentor to achieve your goal. In general, in order to achieve the title of master, you need to give up many other things in life. If you are ready for this, then you need to clearly write out a plan for 4-5 years in advance, so that nothing threatens a strict training regime. Do this with your coach.
Step 4
Train, train and train again according to the given program. Run cross-country in the morning, do either shock or strength training in the afternoon. Go 2-3 times a year to special training camps. Give your best every day. Alternate makiwara and pear work with sparring and mirror workout. Follow carefully all the instructions of your mentor.
Step 5
Perform as often as possible in competitions of various sizes. To be awarded the title of Master of Sports, you must fulfill one of the following requirements: • 1st or 2nd place in the Russian Cup, if 3 fights were fought; • 1st or 2nd place in the Russian Championship, held in winter, if 3 fights were fought; • Victory at the Championship of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, if 3 fights were fought; • Victory in the All-Russian class "A" competitions, if 3 fights were fought; • Victory twice in the All-Russian tournaments among juniors, if 3 fights were fought; championship of the Russian Federation among juniors, if 4 fights have been fought. If something does not work out at first, make adjustments to the training regime. Prepare for new performances and get things done.
