Sports activities are becoming more and more popular among children and adolescents. In many cities, there is practically no choice what kind of sport to practice. But in Moscow, the eyes literally run up - there are so many sections and schools in completely different sports.
Instructions
Step 1
The most popular sport in the world is football. Both boys and already quite adults are engaged in it. There are many football clubs and youth sports schools in Moscow. If a person is not yet 12 years old, then you can go to the CSKA football school. Classes are taught by qualified coaches who use the most advanced football techniques in their work.
Step 2
You can also go to the football schools of Moscow "Spartak", "Dynamo" and "Lokomotiv". Here, too, all classes are put on a serious basis, they are taught by famous footballers in the past. Therefore, time will not be wasted.
Step 3
Hockey is only slightly behind football in popularity. And for those who want to practice this sport, there are several children's and youth ice hockey schools in the capital, which are located in Moscow's CSKA, Dynamo and Spartak.
Step 4
If a child dreams of boxing and becoming a famous fighter like Vladimir Klitschko, Mike Tyson or Alexander Povetkin, then there is a boxing school in the capital, which is supervised by the famous fighter Alexander Lebzyak in the past. There are also boxing schools for Nikolai Valuev and Konstantin Tszyu, where they select not only the most talented, but also those who just want to box.
Step 5
There is also a figure skating school in the Russian capital, headed by the legendary figure skater Irina Rodnina. There is only one problem - only the best are selected for this school. And for those who show promise, there are about ten more figure skating schools in Moscow, where you can fulfill your dream and become a professional figure skater.
Step 6
If we talk about purely amateur options, then to improve health, you can go to the Moscow Taekwondo School. There are many age groups in it - you can start practicing this sport at the age of 7 or at 40. The main thing is the desire and the availability of free time at least twice a week.
Step 7
If a person wants to go in for sports at a purely amateur level, then you can start figure skating or hockey in the Sokolniki Sports Palace. Previously, only young hockey players of the Moscow Spartak trained here, but now Sokolniki is open to everyone. That is why several semi-professional figure skating and hockey sections function here.
