Pushing off the wall is one of the elements of the somersault. Used primarily in the art of jumping, better known as parkour. Learning to do it correctly is the key to success for more than half of parkour's tricks. Therefore, you need to devote a lot of time and effort to training.
Instructions
Step 1
In order to perform the trick with pushing off the wall, gain a sufficiently high speed in the takeoff run. Then jump onto the wall and take a step. At the same time, you need to "lie down" in the air and put your other foot on the wall. This action requires maximum coordination and concentration from you.
Step 2
Next, push (it should be very powerful) with your leg up and back. Also at this moment you should strongly bend your whole body back. Only if all these conditions are met, you will have enough time and distance to spin your body in the air, roll over to the correct position and land on your feet.
Step 3
If suddenly you did not succeed in pushing away from the wall, then analyze your possible mistakes. Maybe you bent back too early - in this case, the promotion starts earlier than necessary. Also, the jump will not work if you bounced off the wall badly. Then you just roll over and fall down. If you do not calculate the repulsive force and do everything too weakly, then you risk falling near the wall and injuring your head. And of course, pushing away from the wall is impossible, and it is simply impossible to do if you are afraid. You can overcome fear by performing temporarily simpler elements of acrobatics.
Step 4
When you have worked out all the movements and become a professional in the art of pushing off the walls, you will be able to perform not only one step on the wall, but two, three, four and more. But this is only after you feel the strength and sufficient skill to perform such a trick.
