In paintball, the player's shooting accuracy is the most important factor on the way to victory. Improving the accuracy of marker shooting is becoming one of the most discussed topics among paintball fans.

Step 1
First of all, choose a convenient and comfortable marker for yourself by size, weight, and so on. The main attention is paid to how comfortable it is for you to hold it in the aiming position, whether the butt causes discomfort or pain. Such troubles will reduce your shooting efficiency. Make sure the marker you choose is the closest match for your building.
Step 2
Train your aiming. At this stage, do not limit yourself to ten shots - you will have to spend a lot of time and effort. The main rule: when aiming in place, exhale and hold your breath. Experiment with targets in training by varying the distance to them.
Step 3
When aiming, the stock, air cylinder or stock may fall into the field of view of the mask. To get rid of this potential interference, place the balloon on the bottom of your marker or raise the scope a little higher.
Step 4
Then, when you are more or less comfortable with shooting at fixed targets, proceed to practice shooting at suddenly appearing targets (suddenly - this means without warning signs). This type of training will give you a kind of stress on the visual-motor response, as well as on the accuracy of the marker aiming. Under these conditions, the development of accuracy will gain serious momentum, and when shooting at static targets, you will be able to show improved results.
Step 5
Squeeze the trigger smoothly with a relaxed finger. Keep the hand relaxed in the same way, since the more tension in the hand, the stronger its shaking, and therefore the accuracy of the shot can significantly drop.
Step 6
Learn to choose the right moment to fire. This is one of the fundamental factors. It is the sense of purpose and the sense of the marker that together will allow you to fire the most accurate shots.
