When attacking with triceps, the athlete must strongly move the shoulder in the direction of the opponent and at the same time pull his hand towards him. In the case of an attack by pull, the athlete, bending the wrist, supines his arm and pulls the opponent's arm towards him.

Remember, the attacker's task is to use the impulse given in the attack phase as fully as possible and end the fight by placing the opponent's hand on the table.
