The main club football tournament of the Old World is drawing to a close. A couple of the most important UEFA Champions League matches of the 2014-2015 season are coming. The participants in the semifinal matches have been determined.
The title of the best football club in Europe in the 2014-2015 season will be contested by four clubs that successfully overcome the group stage of the tournament, as well as the 1/8 finals and the quarterfinals. Among the participants are two Spanish clubs, one German and one Italian.
The Spanish premier has delegated to the semi-finals the recognized leaders of his domestic championship: Real Madrid and Barcelona. The German championship will be represented by the strongest club of the Bundeslia at the moment - Bayern Munich. From the Italian Serie A to the semi-finals, the Turin champion of recent years, Juventus, has reached.
The first semi-final pair was made by the clubs "Juventus" and "Real". The teams will start fighting in Turin on May 5th. The return leg will take place at the famous Santiago Bernabeu on May 13th.
In the second semi-final, Barcelona and Bayern Munich will meet. The first meeting will be held by the Spanish regiment. The 100,000th Camp Nou will witness the first battle to reach the final on May 6th. The return meeting between these rivals will take place on May 12 in Munich at the Alliance Arena.
All matches of the semi-finals will, as usual, take place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The beginning of the meetings is scheduled for 21-45 Moscow time.
