Do trapezoid exercises. Stand up straight, take the weight in your hands. Pull the kettlebell up to your chin, straining your neck. Lower the weight slowly. Repeat the exercise fifteen times, then repeat the exercise four more times, taking a break of thirty seconds before each set.
Step 2
Exercise the lateral neck muscles. Sit on a chair with your back straight and your eyes straight. Tilt your head to each side to the maximum angle. Do the exercise slowly, carefully controlling each movement.
Step 3
Tilt your head down until your chin touches your chest. Slowly lift your head up and tilt it back until it stops. Perform the exercise smoothly, then turn your head first from the left side to the right, then from the right side to the left. Turn your head all the way, carefully controlling so that your head turns slowly and smoothly, contracting your neck muscles with each turn.
