So the new season of the Premier League on football in Russia has begun. As always, all the fans' attention is primarily directed to their favorite teams. Spartak, Zenit, CSKA and Lokomotiv are especially popular. What is preparing for football fans this season?
Last season champion Spartak showed a not very outstanding game in the first rounds and unexpectedly lost in turn to all the other favorites: Zenit, CSKA and Lokomotiv. However, he did not drop out of the contenders for the championship. The poor form of the team is associated with a lot of injuries, lack of acquisitions and euphoria from last season. It seems that the team leaders will get in shape in the fall, and Spartak will again delight the fans with beautiful victories.
Of course, it will be difficult for Spartak to win the championship because another contender for victory - Zenit St. Petersburg - plays very well this season. In the offseason, the team became very strong: the titled coach Roberto Mancini, the players Paredes, Kranevitter, Mamanna, Driusi, Kuzyaev, Lunev came. Almost all newcomers represent Argentina and can communicate with each other without any problems. Mancini, while working in Italian Inter, willingly resorted to the services of immigrants from Latin America. Probably, there is some kind of special connection between them, but all the players bought by Zenit immediately played at a high level without adaptation. But not only the newcomers have transformed the team's game: Kokorin, Krishito, Ivanovich and others play great. Zenit is the main contender for victory in the upcoming Premier League football championship in Russia 2017/2018.
Another contender for victory is CSKA. The team has built a new stadium and is currently unable to make high-profile transfers. Lack of funds affects the recruitment of the squad and very often there is no one to strengthen the team's play from the bench. But, nevertheless, Viktor Gancharenko and his assistants get out of this situation with honor. CSKA plays to win in every match and pleases its fans.
Of course, the main discovery of the new season was the Moscow Lokomotiv. Over the past few years, the team has shown spectacular and effective play for the first time. Moreover, Lokomotiv beat both Spartak and CSKA. It was not possible to make any special acquisitions in the off-season, but the youth grew up, and a very well-coordinated team turned out. And a coach like Yuri Palych Semin will set him up to play with any opponent. Most likely, according to the results of the championship, Lokomotiv will be on the podium, and maybe even on the top line.
The rest of the championship teams will compete for places close to the podium. This is especially true of Rubin, Rostov, Dynamo, Akhmat.
The FIFA World Cup is ahead and Russian players must approach it in optimal shape, so many leaders of their clubs do not speed up their preparation, but are gradually gaining the necessary tone. Expectations from the upcoming world championship are so high that the players will have to give their best to the maximum of their capabilities, and first of all this concerns Glushakov, Samedov, Miranchuk, Kokorin, Dzagoev, Golovin, Akinfeev, Smolnikov. Russia believes in its team!
