The fast pace of life, daily stress, fatigue keep us in constant tension. When you need to have time to do everything, the feeling of the significance of this or that action disappears. So the important and the mundane are confused, we begin to waste our energy on trifles.
Instructions
Step 1
To change your life and stop worrying about trifles, you need to understand your mind and first of all decide what is really important for us, and what is related to insignificant trifles, trifles. It will not be easy to do this, since stereotypes of behavior and attitudes towards life have been instilled in us from early childhood. However, try to answer your questions: how important is this situation for me (the very "trifle"); whether this situation will lead to the achievement of my goal; whether it will affect my relationships with others. Try to understand that not a single trifle of life can compare with the greatness of your life, beauty, health and harmony. Try to maintain harmony in yourself: it will be the key to solving the most difficult problems.
Step 2
Because of stress, we become irritable: we are easily pissed off, we react to every small provocation. Try to stay calm, enjoy life. Swimming is the best choice, and the contrast between a cool pool and a hot sauna will improve your health and positively affect the appearance of your skin. If you still can't find time to visit the pool, take a hot bubble bath or sea salt.
Step 3
Aromatherapy has a beneficial effect on our soul and mind. A few drops of lavender, jasmine or ylang-ylang essential oil in an aroma lamp will soothe and delight you. Citrus oils invigorate, lift your spirits and help you focus on the essentials. Essential oils can be used not only for aromatizing rooms, but also for enriching cosmetics. The package of oil bought in a pharmacy always contains instructions with a calculated dosage: how many drops of oil can be added to a cream or shampoo and what positive results it will bring.
Step 4
Be more attentive to yourself. Listen to the rhythm of your heart, feel your breathing relaxed, notice how your body reacts to the food you receive. Try to subtly feel everything that is happening in your body, how your mood changes during the day. This will preserve the light meditative state left over from the night's rest, and you will not be subject to feelings and anxiety.
