Instructions
Step 1
Sit on the floor, bend your legs, wrap your arms around them and pull them towards you. Lean, as if rolling, slowly back. Then return to the starting position.
Step 2
Make deep forward bends of the torso, while taking your arms far behind your back. Then straighten, bend over, and raise your arms up and back as far as possible.
Step 3
Raise and lower your shoulders, take them back and forth, alternately perform circular movements.
Step 4
Grab the fatty tissue at the back of your head. Place your palms on the back of your neck. Press with four fingers on the fatty tissue and knead it with your hands.
Step 5
Bend your arms towards your shoulders. Perform consecutive and simultaneous circles with your hands.
Step 6
Take a shower every day after gymnastics, while massaging your neck and shoulders with a stiff brush. Direct a stream of hot water to this place, then cold water, alternate the temperature of the water 3-5 times.
