Eurovision is a music competition that annually brings together performers from all over Europe. Traditionally, it is held in May and dates back to 1956. This year, Russia at the Eurovision Song Contest will be represented by the Buranovskie Babushki group.

Instructions
Step 1
In 2012, Eurovision will be held in the capital of Azerbaijan, Baku, in the Crystal Hall sports and concert complex. The Green Room has already been equipped, where the performers of the competition will stay after the performance, waiting for the results of the competition to be summed up.
Step 2
Russia will take part in Eurovision for the sixteenth time. The first semi-final of the competition will be held on May 22, the final will be held on Saturday, May 26. Representatives of twenty-six countries will speak at it. Five of them - Great Britain, Germany, Italy, Spain and France, as the host countries of the competition, traditionally get into it without a qualifying round. Azerbaijan, the winner of the previous competition, also won a ticket to the final. The remaining twenty participants will be determined during the qualifying rounds.
Step 3
The group "Buranovskie Babushki", which won the qualifying rounds, will perform at the competition with the composition Party for Everybody in the first semifinal on May 22. If the performance is well received by the jury and the audience, then the Russian performers can be seen on May 26, in the final competition.
Step 4
This year the event will be covered by the Russia-1 TV channel, which organized the National Selection Competition among pop song performers for participation in Eurovision 2012.
Step 5
In Russia, Eurovision 2012 can be watched live on three TV channels: Russia 1, Sport 1 and RTR-Planeta. Viewers of Sport 1 will be able to watch the broadcast in HDTV quality. Step 6
If you do not want to watch the live broadcast of Eurovision at home on TV, find out in advance in which clubs and bars in your city it will be broadcasted. Advertising from various establishments providing this service in different parts of Russia (and not only in Russia) is also available on the Internet. Just enter the relevant search term for your city. You can also book places in these establishments in advance using the phone numbers indicated on the websites.
