You can try your luck in the lottery organized by UEFA, information about it is available on the organization's website. The lottery prizes are tickets for the European Championship matches. About 30% of all tickets are distributed through the national fan associations, which is also a good chance to get to the opening of Euro 2012.

If you have not been able to purchase a ticket for the opening match of the championship through the official channels, try to find it on one of the many sites dedicated to selling tickets for sports events. For example, go to the Ticket Group website, where tickets for the matches of the European Championship 2012 are sold.
